IMPORTANT: There is an apparent bug on Cryptic's website for your character profile. Some missions you HAVE done are not showing up in your profile as completed. The Ironclad Defense is a big culprit - you cannot leave the tutorital without completing it. So, you may have some show as not completed, which you did. Nothing I can do about that. Its Cryptic providing bad info that's causing that problem.

RED quests are crisis/newbie quests.
BLUE quests are those you are currently on, but havent completed.
ORANGE quests are Help A Citizen quests, granted by citizens randomly approaching you and offering a crappy XP quest you'll likely ignore. If you are 4+ levels above the ques and they are missed, you can NOT do them.
ITALICIZED quests have a prerequisite, and you have not yet done the prereq. If you have not done the pre-req, the NPC will not offer the quest. Mouse over the quest name for a popup to see what the pre-req is. Once you've completed the pre-req, this will no longer be in italics.
If the quest level is bold, that means the quest scales with your level, and will be whatever level you are.
